a gorgeous floral honey scent that's gentle on the floral. sweet but in a natural, spring-ish way. a tad powdery, but violet/jasmine will do that. the honey is still the star. lightly sugary, almost crystalized, musky/ambery underneath. a friend likened it to sap-honey is just flower sap, no? โห โเผ

i would describe her as 'welcoming'. it feels like a hug. a touch of sugary powder on top from the marshmallow, deepens gracefully as it sits. doesn't feel artificially sweet. the sesame adds an ALMOST nutty note i really enjoy and can't fully describe. definitely don't regret asking for this one.

...this more as a citrus-forward scent personally, but citruses like my skin so that's part of it. i get a bit of bitter orange peel but it compliments well with the rest. the star anise mingles with the sugars and the orange nicely, kind of a bridge between the somewhat stark difference in profile.
