They usually do a networking course in the run-up to it. The good thing is that everyone has a name badge and is super approachable (delegates and speakers) so it takes a lot of the anxiety out of it. Of course, if you're only going for networking there are cheaper n/working evenings 1/2

Just had the most energizing and affirming zoom meeting. I don't suffer from imposter syndrome (I think!) but I'm always amazed when someone compliments my writing. 🤗

I've been as a delegate and speaker. It has an energising vibe. Apply for the extras like table reads/ labs. Be strategic about the sessions you need, the people you want to talk to and network with the other delegates, they're you new peer group.
