This now means Midjourney is being sued by Warner Bros, Disney, Universal, and the class action from artists.

Ultra matte medium by liquitex works great. Look up CF Payne’s work. That’s where I first saw it.
Colored pencil first (in this case), then acrylic and matte med (translucent), then colored pencil again. Paint should be dry. If you want to sort of blend/melt the pencils into the paint layer,I would use an oil wash over the acrylic.
