The version in the middle reads best to me as a bird sitting on a branch, which has two leaves. The leaves in the 1 and 3 can be interpreted as 🔥. Perhaps try a version without the branch if you want it to look minimal.

Added the arm muscles to the rig. The scapula and shoulder area was a bit challenging. Also setup the "muscle shrink" function. #b3d #rigging #blender

I find that the assisted pull-up machine works wonders for that. You can progressively reduce the weight.

Leg controls. For the foot to rotate outward in a straight leg scenario, there’ll be a slight twist at the knee and most of the rotation will come from the upper leg (femur). Bent leg position (90 def), the knee is able to rotate more free, the foot has a greater range of side to side rotation. 😱

Arm and Shoulder rig. IK Control with automatic Clavicle raise and Scapula movement, which can also be controlled manually. Forearm (Ulna and Radius) mechanism where they rotate around each other.

#b3d question. Mouse wheel does not effect proportional editing size. Instead it zooms in and out. Did I disable some setting by mistake? PgUp/PgDn works fine.
