Constitutional lawyer here. I don't think it would violate the Constitution for the VP/Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment, but the intended constitutional remedy for this behavior is impeachment & removal. The fact that that remedy is politically impossible is a scandal and a crisis.

There's no need to make fun of the Ukrainian drone industry. Also, mr. Papperger spouts a condescending opinion on the role of Ukrainian women in the drone industry is quite shocking. Comparing drone manufacturers to "Ukrainian housewives" is so white male privilege. Iryna Terekh is a hero.

Pappenberger is advertising Rheinmetall's and NATO's problems. Lacking in adaptation and innovation cycles. Relying on concepts and models of the '70s and '80s. Too expensive. Too much regulation. Not so so different from Volkswagen either. Once considered too big to fail, now looking very frail.

Well, thing is, the general is no longer in. So this is hypothetical reasoning. US army had its Lithuania moment in Venezuela. The army crossed the Rubicon by shooting people out of the water, judging and killing without any trial. This still goes on. So long for any integrity in US army.

Astonishing. The goal of our war is now to undo the effect of the war we started.

We're getting to the stage where modern law is abolished and replaced by earlier concepts as ius civile and ius naturale. Except they derive from a faith in the naturalis ratio. Which leaves us utter chaos.
