The original concept for my OC Koba, Here he is orange all over with cow like ears crocodile like teeth and multiple horns and spikes.

The current design for my OC Koba, he now has hair where he previously did not have any hair. It's swept back in a nice well kept fashion. He still has the same orange from before but is now an accent color, his main colors being brown and a darker brown. Over all his current design is much more refined and styled to better match the story.
