On March 25th we lost this very good boy. He was with us for 13.5 years. I still cry.

Did Rogan have any impact or is this polling before that nonsense.

Thank you for this. I’ve been struggling and hoping that Carney won’t tank the environment. He’s supposed to care!

Congratulations to the LA Dodgers for the win and to the Toronto Blue Jays for almost making me care deeply about baseball.

Big “Boys will be boys” vibe

Last post of the night: so now that Charlie Kirk's assassin turns out to be a white cis male and not a radical trans lefty, are we still having the Civil war, or has that been canceled? I need to know because I have a wine tasting I'm supposed to attend to tomorrow.

Ok. Thanks! Byeeee!

Agreed. This guy holds the information and mindset we’re dealing with. Learning doesn’t mean adopting.

Went to a clinic. Got sent to emerg. Waited for 9 hours. Was a case of expertise needed, not level of urgency.

Canada can’t just stop doing business with the US - and Carney knows this. He’s diversifying but that takes time. I hate that we have to deal with the US but the reality is, we need to.

We were recently at emerg in Ontario with my grandson. Took 9 hours but they kept periodically checking vitals. I wonder if this could be why.

I can respect your take. I want to support Canada too. I limit boycotting of products that aren’t creating jobs and are simply imported. The reality is that if we stopped buying products that are manufactured in Canada because of US ownership, we would hurt the Canadian economy pretty severely.

Employee in food manufacturing here. I can vouch that French’s and Heinz use Ontario tomatoes from paste manufactured in Leamington. It creates Canadian jobs - from farmers through to shippers and manufacturers. Heinz manufactures their ketchup in Quebec from the paste.

Do people seriously not see through this? Are we this easily manipulated?

I’m not a conservative and I don’t live in Alberta, but I donated $25 to @bonniecritchley.bsky.social’s campaign. I’m also upset that taxpayer money is being spent unnecessarily. I hope she takes a huge bite out of Pierre’s votes.

Saw a good point. Luigi Mangione is being charged with terrorism, for killing Brian Thompson, a ceo.

But Vance Boelter is simply being charged with murder, even though he literally committed an act of political terrorism and assassinated a sitting lawmaker, as a text book definition of terrorism

I missed the results and scrolled back to find them! Is it possible to see bigger photos of the provincial winners?

I married a border-liver. We constantly debate pencil crayons vs coloured pencils. He’s wrong. I win. It’s pencil crayons. The end.

Laurentien Pencil Crayons (sorry, always Pencil Crayons, not Coloured Pencils to me) were a part of many Canadian childhoods.
The smell of that vinyl pouch is a nostalgic punch to the senses.
