Bozo the clown....

Child: I know your name. Mamdani.
Obama: What’s his first name?
Child: Mayor.
A Bishop in the Episcopal Church once said, "When you get to those pearly gates, St. Peter's going to ask you two questions--'Did you have fun--Did you love well'"
They should change the name to "Strait of Schrödinger".
It's both open and closed at the same time.
Another weekend approaches and of course footy tomorrow. Brighton play in trouble Tottenham. The seagulls will do their utmost to beat them to try for a European place and will help West Ham out by default. I got 7 days before first gig, day off then fundraiser gig & then open mic a day later.
Yes, exciting times, but first, coffee.
Good Morning Janet! Lets hope this week will be better than last week...
We must do everything to protect the gift...
A photo of an orange flower, in which two bees are facing and nestling together. “Did you know that when bees grow old, they don’t always make it back to the hive. Instead, they spend their last night resting gently on a flower beneath the stars. If they see another sunrise, they’ll gather one last bit of pollen as a final gift to their colony before quietly slipping away. So when you see a little bee resting on a flower at duck… pause and thank her. She’s more precious than gold.” ~GardeningSoul

Nice to hear some good news for a change...
Hungary has chosen Europe.
Europe has always chosen Hungary.
A country reclaims its European path.
The Union grows stronger.
Wow! Not looking good for Tottenham, maybe hope for West Ham yet to save themselves.
Can almost write and adapt this about current conditions in Alberta*sigh*.
Tough week it was, got over the flu but had to cancel one Community Cafe in March. Did the one on this past Friday but it's pretty clear voice hasn't recovered totally but still managed to play two sets with a break between them. Bad news about good friend of mine I've known for probably 50 years.
Watching the Wrexham game before seeing if Spurs can drag themselves out of the relegation zone. Season winding down and teams are getting desperate....
Hilarious!
My bout with the flu seems to be over. Last Community Cafe was canceled because of it, lost my voice at one point. Tonight is the next one and will be a good test to see if my voice has recovered. Also got another guitar (can never have enough guitars) it's a Fender, will be trying it out tonight.
On this day: In 1859, author Samuel Clemens received a steamboat pilot’s license. This is how he came up with his pseudonym, Mark Twain, a riverboat term indicating a safe depth of two fathoms.
My twitter been suspended for posting exactly the same stuff on here. No idea why. This is why Bluesky is far superior.
I went and saw Project Hail Mary.
A guy came in with his service dog and the dog sat there the whole time just concentrating on the movie.
Afterwards I told the guy I was amazed your dog watched the movie like that.
He replied, me too especially because he hated the book.
BlueSky is not a platform for going viral.
Personally I like it like that.
