I was discharged from hospital and simply told to walk, so young relatively speaking they didn’t know what to do with me. I’d almost given up on help - absolute game changer💪 It’s on the holiday park, health club members can use it, not a footpath per se but there are public footpaths on the park 🤗

I’ve been working with a fantastic biomechanics specialist physio for about 8 weeks.I didn’t appreciate just how much trauma major surgery causes.The twice daily exercises are slowly showing +VE results albeit impacting my running for now.Felt weary today but I needed exercise #RebelliousHope
