I lost a lot of social visibility when I deleted Twitter - in fact I lost it all. No one sees much of what’s posted by me anymore and that’s ok because I stopped caring about it.
If you’re so self-absorbed on social medias, you need to set your device down and enjoy what life we have left.

I received a complaint today of unauthorized use of someone else’s image on an interview I posted in 2016. I took immediate action and removed said image as I take things like this seriously. I even emailed the image owner to offer my apologies.

Took in a @badreligionband.bsky.social show last night and it was perfect. I saw a good amount of pals, sang my fav songs, and watched people suck down so many vape pens that I, for a moment, thought I was at a jam band show. Puff the punks.

Got to hang with @anniezaleski.bsky.social and @mwardlaw.bsky.social today at the Beachland Ballroom and listen to a panel of great folk (including Annie) talk about Cleveland rock music history. Pretty darn cool but no one talked about Dead Boys, The Mice, or the Legendary Wild Giraffes!!!
I’ve done many things in life. I can now add being part of an art exhibit now. Cyrus Custom Framing & Art Gallery in Canton, OH asked Whiskertin to be a part of their current exhibit and this vintage skateboard deck lamp is being featured. Rad.
At least a thousand waves touched our toes yesterday. Waves crashing, kids laughing. It was a well needed break from everything else going on in life. Take the time to disconnect. It’s worth it.
I don’t know why I got sucked into Threads so much…maybe boredom. It’s been deactivated. Twitter Jr. really was getting to be just too damn depressing. I’ll stick it out here.

I literally drove in a blizzard to get my fix today.
I panicked when I got home today because I second-guessed if I had Nimrod in my collection after snagging this at Mistake by the Lake. Turns out I didn’t.
Y’all, I did 45 miles this week. Not sure I’ll top that next week on account of a tattoo appointment tonight, but felt it was worthy of a share!
As a teen struggling to fit in with the rest of the world in the 90s, Rollins helped curb those stupid thoughts and got me to go my own way. Happy Rollins Day.
I’m 3 years free of alcohol today. Feels pretty amazing. Sober AF life for me has kept me more grounded than ever.

This is a fun punk rock album featuring one of my favorite drummers who once played for Against Me!. I should add the rest of the band is solid too. This debut I think fell on a lot of sleepy ears and deserves a listen.

At The Drive In is timeless in my ears. Incredible band that I never managed to see live.
Been a while since I bought a ticket to a show the moment pre-sale went live, but Bouncing Souls with H2O and Dave Hause is a show I won’t be missing this year.
