What bothers me most about the hagiographies tech journalists wrote about Elon Musk for 20+ years is that they universally framed him as an intelligent man.
He's not.
He's an undereducated, intemperate, incurious, prejudiced, unwise, narrowly skilled dolt who is willfully ignorant on most topics.

Thanks. That’s great! I was going to say I don’t even think they give you the option on twitter, but I just checked and they do, you just have to look for it. I will definitely do this from now on 👍
Sorry, I had no idea. I will add I text in the future 👍

I know that’s what thatcher used to say, but things have changed. Any demonstration of a majority vote in favour of Scottish Independence is a clear mandate, as it is a demonstration of the wishes of the Scottish people. It could even be taken as a plebiscite referendum

I think it’s crazy that people can be that fickle about independence. I mean it’s good that it’s going up but I’ve never heard anyone convincingly say they were ‘yes’ but now ‘no’. I know plenty who’ve gone the other way. From what I’ve seen it’s a one way street. Once your yes, your YES.
Looking at how Independence support has been changing during 2024, it's clear that under 35s have the highest level of support at 73%. But the 39% of the over 55s who support Yes are almost the same number of Yes voters. The steady increase among this group is an excellent sign.

My piece for The National today. Labour in Scotland has a serious problem with its candidates and councillors. If this was the SNP, it would dominate BBC Reporting Scotland for weeks.

🤣 indeed. I think they might keep it because ‘tradition’ or they don’t know why the blue is there, or they go the other way and go absolutely tonto and destroy anything to do with Scotland.
Either way it will be hilarious.
Watch out for the 5G signals!! 😀

In two years time another 100,000 pensioners will have died. Many through cold winters in fuel poverty. This pro-union demographic is shrinking fast every year. Not that they matter, since 57% In unweighted polls now demand an end to Scots' captivity in the UK.
I mean, technically he is correct, that is their job, however it does expose not only the gaping chasm in his lack of concern for people but an obvious and fundamental flaw with the current system. 👍
An SNP majority (with a majority vote) in 2026 will renew the mandate. If we fail to get that it’s union misery for the foreseeable future.
Maybe Farage as PM will be enough to wake the idiots up…
