This is 100% FALSE. Immigration judges do NOT play any role in issuing administrative warrants. They are generated and signed by ICE officers themselves. ICE’s own training materials say they can’t be used for a search of a home!

Also, less relevant but still worth pointing out, immigration judges are not administrative law judges. They are technically just senior attorneys working for the Department of Justice; a level of independence below that of a standard ALJ.

They have no power to issue warrants.

ICE has arrested four students from the same Minnesota school district including a 5-year-old boy.

His not being impeached by the end of the business day as a result of this threat is as much a problem as the threat itself. It’s not just Trump that the world has to worry about, it’s a GOP that supports him and Democrats who suck their thumbs and refuse to even discuss pushing to remove him
