I have like 4 games I started and didn't complete that I want to get back to.
Time to start Trails in the Sky.

I need a fan artist to work up an art of a scared FDSignifier carrying a scared Grace carrying a scared Emily saying "the fuck y'all white girls doing, we need to GO!" as they get chased by zombies.
His playthrough has been funny as hell
I should be asleep but instead I just spent the last 2 hours crying to sweet baby boy Chopper in the live action One Piece show.
That's all I needed, that's all I wanted, they made me cry over a story I know in and out already and now I can rest in peace.
aaaaah Orium demo is live, I'm super anxious!

Sam Raimi makes high end schlock (non-derogatory).
I know those spiders in the cave scene of Send Help are stock from something you used in Spider-Man, Raimi. I can smell the same edits and audio cues you've used since 1981's Evil Dead in the air, Raimi.
I love it.
Holy crap that Monster Hunter Wilds update did wonders. I no longer need framegen to just get to 60fps, it just is there... In the middle of the rainy ass forest area... Wow, look at them go.
I have a i7-14700K and a 3060 for reference.
More than just seeing certain enemies and "he said the line!", some moments went through the effort of recreating camera angles, lighting, and entire scenes of dialogue from the game.
They also included the cult and without spoil: I am Mary, you are Mary, we are all Mary.
... What are we doing?
Somehow, out of all of the movies, it is simultaneously the most faithful to the source material - which is a low bar to be fair - while making the most insane changes to characters and plot which completely destroys any semblance of coherence in the story.
I'm so confused by Return to Silent Hill.
The best part of Xenoblade Chronicles X is the side quest with our lesbian mecha pilot party member and her engineer wife.
Like I am now the weirdo that wants Metroid Prime 5 simply because I need to know if I just got gaslit into thinking anyone besides Samus and Sylux was on that "planet"...
[Metroid Prime 4: Beyond Spoilers/Thoughts]
I had this unnerving feeling the entire playthrough, but were... were any of the Federation soldiers ever alive on Viewros?
There's something "off" about them/Sylux/the fact that "12 Lamorn went searching for the Chosen One" and I'm fascinated.
I'm knee deep in Metroid Prime 4 now. Going through the volcanic area right now.
I think a combo of people's limited media knowledge and the general poisoning of online critique is showing. This game isn't doing "MCU/Whedon" dialogue with the NPCs.
This is Stargate.
This isn't even a "vote with your wallet" comment.
This is a "what is the definition of insanity?" comment. We're so many games into y'all seeing the problem and recognizing that Pokemon Company/Game Freak/Creatures/Nintendo won't fix it. Please stop. I know you're sad about it. You need to let go.
I'm so tired of the Pokemon cycle. I'm surrounded by people who continuously buy the newest Pokemon game on release with one hand while typing video essays about what's wrong with Pokemo-IT'S YOU.
YES, THE SWITCH INSTALL BASE IS HIGH SO MORE POKEMON SALES. BUT ALSO YOU. STOP BUYING IT. FUCK.
I've never felt a greater sense of discomfort in real life than witnessing Dan Ryckert interact with Vtuber Chibidoki in a primarily Spanish-speaking Roblox Squid Game lobby.
I... I don't know how we got here to this point. I don't know why Tiktok is feeding this video to me. I'm scared right now.
True Ending of Silksong achieved.
I need more.
It's REALLY funny that Insomniac went with a tall Australian to play Wolverine for their game. Screw it, it's tradition now.
That said, can't really go wrong with casting Spartacus to play Wolverine. Feels appropriate.
I'm watching Yellowjackets for the first time and got to S2E1 today.
Shauna sucks.
Normal Ending of Silksong achieved.
Now to roll my sleeves up and get some real challenges in.
I don't think I jive with this point because the danger is equaled out w/ Hollow Knight: they seem to offer the same harrowing heal moments. The amount of times one gets wombo-combo'd by flying add/projectile hit into boss contact/spikes in HK was high (shoutouts to Broken Vessel).
So outside of repeated accessibility options discourse, I wonder how much of the difficulty curve for players is just because the game does not freeze the action with a pop-up window and short video giving an example of how movement can be utilized offensively.
Oh, and us forgetting contact damage.
And though this is anecdotal, I've now come across several streamers - obviously this is its own skill subset among the gaming population, but stick with me - that consistently forget their movement options during boss fights.
Dash, float, climb, pogo; boss fights start requiring said skill usage.
The 1st boss you fight has a low charge attack that can be punished with Hornet's divekick, but nothing in the fight requires you to do so. Another boss you can run into a few areas later does not require any tech either.
But an unnamed red ant enemy is devilishly hard if you do not use the dash.
I'm wondering if the Silksong difficulty conversation is partially stoked by the game's intended lack of tutorial.
Most movement abilities are followed by a room requiring their direct application, but none of the combat encounters (as far as I've gotten into the game) are as clear, just intuitive.
Every day we get closer to the moment where I'll be alive to witness One Piece be banned from specific countries on grounds of inciting revolution.
In this essay, I will explain why One Piece is goated-
Skong good
