Is this because the regular Jeopardy! contestants never get the sports questions right?

Nowhere by Allison Gunn.
Book 36 - Left this one on the TBR pile longer than I meant to. Super dark and creepy! 💙📚

When Matvei Michkov arrived in Philly in 2024, simple things became hard.
Like finding the gas station. Or buying groceries. Or ordering room service.
But this year is better. His family is more settled. His English has improved.
“Life has become easier,” he said: www.inquirer.com/flyers/matve...
Buckeye by Patrick Ryan.
Book 35 - This is very much not my usual read - sweeping family narrative, Americana, Ohio, baby boomers - and while I can’t say I’ll ever re-read it, by the time I was finished, I did not regret reading it. Very well-written and if this sounds like your type of book, I recommend it. 📚💙

Wolf Worm by T. Kingfisher.
Book 34 - Finished this one over the weekend and I loved it. This is only the second non-Alex Easton novella T. Kingfisher book I’ve read. I need to get to work on her backlist! 📚💙

Godzilla takes Manhattan in the epic teaser trailer for GODZILLA MINUS ZERO.
In U.S. theaters November 6, 2026.
Same! I’ll go there just to hang out even when I don’t have tickets to a show.
I love the National Theatre, too! I can’t even count the number of shows I’ve seen there over the years.
In no particular order: Paul Tremblay, Rachel Harrison, Tana French, Jeff Vandermeer, Catriona Ward, Josh Malerman, Stephen Graham Jones, Ruth Ware
The 10th Anniversary Birthday Cake King Size Shake at Hersheypark. A vanilla milkshake with rainbow sprinkles, topped with a slice of rainbow came with a cookie candle and two white chocolate and sprinkled coated pretzel sticks. It’s the 10th anniversary of the King Size Shake.
Saturday plans.
Cyanide in the Sun and Other Stories of Summertime Crime edited by Martin Edwards.
Book 33 - It’s not summer, but this one has sat on my TBR pile for too long. Lots of fun stories in this! (Please excuse Watson’s derpy-ness. He’s in the process of adjusting to a new epilepsy med but still wanted to be in the picture.) 💙📚

CHUCKY's Fiona Dourif will star alongside David Harbour and Rebecca Hall in the upcoming adaptation of Paul Tremblay's award-winning horror novel.

The Lamb by Lucy Rose.
Book 32 - Ah, love a good cannibalistic folk horror, especially one that deals with women and identity. 💙📚

You Should Have Been Nicer to My Mom by Vincent Tirado.
Book 31 - This was so much fun! Messy families, will readings, demons. Plus, my favorite title of the year. @v-e-tirado.com 📚💙

As others have said... if you say, "well, I don't use generative AI to write, just as a collaborative editor," you just aren't qualified to be a writer. You're also just plain foolish given that editing like writing is a creative act and one that requires the full concentration of the human brain.

Why would I use "AI," I actually know how to fucking write

Bury Our Bones in the Midnight Soil by V.E. Schwab.
Book 30 - I actually finished my entire March stack in March! (Finished this one last night before midnight!) I’m now also almost caught up on my 2025 BotM picks. I really enjoyed Schwab’s take on vampires and the interesting narrative structure of this one. 💙📚
