How does one stop fearing changes including fear of losing friends after they've found a special someone? Like, I have lost hope for myself (and am fine with it, really) but I do wish for my friends to have relationships and be happy!

Every time I make these long ass posts I surprise myself with how good I feel after expressing myself and ponder the idea of keeping a diary of some sort. Will I ever do that though? Pfft, of course not

I dont know if that can work for you too tho. Something like traveling to a different city for an Art Exhibition or a Museum. A couple months ago I drove to a Japanese festival by myself. The festival was meh but I was very proud of myself because of it!

I drove to the coast side and did something there that I wouldn't have normally planned if it wasn't for me pushing myself to do something "greater" because it was my time off from work. I ended up asking my brother to come with me and I paid for his lesson too as a late birthday gift :)

I often feel the same!! A few years ago I had to get some days off but didn't plan any vacation because of my overthinking (where do I go alone? What does that make me look to others? How can I spend so much money? What do I visit there?) so I ended up planning an activity such as a Surf Lesson
