I love art books and watching behind-the-scene videos and hearing interviews about how things were done, and it just hit me that that won't be a thing anymore, at least not for mainstream media titles.

It just makes me so sad. How do you even make an art book if its all just computer generated fever dreams? It feels as though we're headed into such a bleak, lonely, grey world where every idea has been stolen and mashed into a paste to feed the entertainment machine and make companies more money.

One of the things that I’m going to miss the most with the rise of AI is behind-the-scenes stuff: fun stories about what went into the idea and how it was created, how obstacles were overcome with creativity and adventure, real life inspo, teamwork. Now it will all just be a prompt.

When you use AI to do your writing, you are telling your audience: “I deserve your attention, but you do not deserve my effort.”

Everyone out here posting beautiful spring photos of flowers and plants, and I had to brave the ice and snow yesterday to go to the shops. I'm so jealous. I wish we got at least one more month of nice weather here. The 6 months of cold has been really getting to me these past few years

You can just admit you didn't want to drive to this side of town at this hour, but its always MY fault for "not answering" even though they never even showed up... 😑 I should have checked the shipping method from this company beforehand anyway; I try to avoid couriers at all costs...

I love how courier services blame an undelivered parcel on you every single time: "no one home". I've been sitting here ALL DAY anxiously waiting for this delivery! These corporate courier services never, ever bother delivering on the first scheduled date and I ALWAYS fall for it and wait anyway 🙄

Of the 2 jobs I interviewed for last week one went with someone else and the other I still haven't heard back from. Plus there's another snow storm coming. For the past couple of days I've been curled up on the couch too depressed to do anything and will continue to do so for now 👍
