If it were anything other than Microsoft I'd say contact support, but MS has been notoriously worse about warranty on controllers than any of the other manufacturers. My first Elite controller developed bad stick drift and they wouldn't do shit about it. Nintendo and Sony both replaced controllers.
And then there is also the question of relevance. Not all experience is relevant, but sometimes you can find ways to showcase relevant skills in unrelated situations. So figuring out how to balance that in a concise way is hard. 2.5 years since I GTFOd my last job, I do not want to do that again.
My thinking was always put the most basic outline on the resume and let them ask about it in the interview. Having been on the hiring side, I almost never actually read everything and relied much more on the conversation. But with all the bullshit now, it's much harder to even get to an interview.
Ugh, those are all over the place. Seems to be different depending on industry or even position. Even just in IT I saw a bunch of different setups when we were hiring. Always heard keep it to a page but we had people submitting 5+ page resumes with full descriptions of every job they had.
I don't know how state works, but I looked it up last year and you don't have to file federal unless you made a minimum amount through taxable channels. So I haven't had to file for 2 years.
I'd be SOL without the paid plan. Thousands in storage including a full living dex and a nearly full shiny living dex (~60 short once Z-A connectivity is enabled). And plenty of extras.

That makes sense. I was getting a ton of snail mail for Talarico but only ever saw one sign right off PGBT for Crockett. Maybe she was banking on her status in the House? Most of Talarico's ads were very much on the attack and she had 0 defense.
I've actually been under the assumption that a big corp got compromised in the last few days because I have been getting a bunch of similar emails from different but equally compromised looking senders.
