Last night I saw the reunited Magnolia Electric Co. fronted by one my all time favorite singers/songwriters/humans, Will Johnson of Centro-matic. It was nothing short of a spiritual experience that I don’t think will happen to me again for a long, long time.

It’s Tuesday. Next Tuesday, July 29, my rock band, the Sad Tattoos is playing at Hotel Vegas in East Austin with Lonesome Ranch and Campaigner. It’s the day after my 38th birthday, so come buy me a shot (or don’t).
