Mojang's update philosophy for Bedrock is so onerous for mod devs. Updates randomly modify internal data with no notice, sending devs like me on a wild goose chase to fix it. A package like "2.6.0-beta" might randomly change to "2.7.0-beta" with no notice and break mods. It's killing the ecosystem.

Got blocked for saying that games are expensive and a lot of the people buying them are poor. From two guys who work in video games. Gaming has become so toxic toward its own customers. Many of the people who make games hate themselves and the people who buy their stuff. What a pathetic existence.
Worst part of game price discourse is it’s not even clear that raising prices will lead to higher revenues. The main reason I don’t support raising prices is because I suspect it will lead to LOWER revenues as fewer people buy the game, a large enough reduction to wipe away the gains from pricing.
