The recent Chinese over-performance in GDP was driven by huge government investment in infrastructure -- enough to overcome soft consumer and housing markets.

Meanwhile, US spending on non-AI infrastructure actually went DOWN last year. We're sleepwalking off a cliff for no good reason.

Sorry, I don’t know what IFRA is… assuming it is a legislative Act of some kind? I cannot agree with you on roles. Despite Trump’s efforts, system is designed that legislation creates laws, executive branch enforces them & judiciary interprets them. CU was about 1st Amendment rights,not a law.

Citizens United was based on interpretation of the constitution (free speech) not law. That’s the change needs to be constitutional as well - legislation wouldn’t be enough.
