Let us keep in mind, this is a company with a current recall out and *no* fix. I had to negotiate with my Ford dealer to do normal maintenance stuff, but not the recall, or I’d have risked losing the car for months.

I’ve been a Mets fan since 1970. I didn’t ever get concerned until June. I don’t like what I see, but there too much talent on the roster to be this bad.
Nuance is lost on some people. I remember 1980. Carter had made a mess of things, brought the wrong people to DC and fought too much with a Democratic-Controlled Congress. Reagan brought in pros — and while I disagreed with much of his agenda, in that first term, things were better managed.
Alex, I’ll take low-information voters for $100.
Imagine the 1986 Mets reaction.
It allows Alvy or Torrens to DH, which is good for the lineup.
Senger has been hitting for power in SYR — 5 HR, I think, so far. Solid defender allows a ton more flexibility.
Can anyone account for Elon’s whereabouts? LOL.
He only gets away with this because that vast majority of Christians have not *read* The Bible and virtually none of his followers have done so.
I love that we’ve reached the “post on X, you’re going to Hell” moment.
Sounds bad based on the reporting out there…I hope it works out, as losing Dexy would be bad.
LOL. Or buy an EV.
As I recall, the Russians used to do that and didn’t always work out.
I will be really, REALLY happy when John Fetterman leaves the Senate.
There are going to be so many lawsuits for defamation *by* journalists with this mess of arrogance.
My kitties love that banana, they’ve gone thru several.
And I can’t say this with enough force: Fuck. This. Guy.
I’m fairly convinced that he is being blackmailed by Israel among others.
Again: for any big liberal donor who wants to funnel millions into fixing this country's politics, the ROI on buying any struggling paper and simply tasking it with doing real reporting on local news is vastly higher than the same $$ given to some group that does mass ad buys every election year.
Nothing like taking responsibility for one’s actions. “God made me do it” has been a weak excuse for two millennia.
I was in the hospital yesterday — thank you Marriot for food poisoning — and none of the docs looked that or laid hands on me to heal with a sparkly light.
Arrogance. Pure and simple.
So….I guess he wasn’t screwing around when it happened?😎
The left needs people who can talk about other things besides politics — be entertaining. Cars, sports, tech, entertainment stuff mixed in with the politics. Someone who can make folks laugh — and think.
Now we all wait for what is coming out that totally contradicts her statement and likely tightens her connection with Epstein and Maxwell (also, does she not think everyone has seen the pictures of her with Epstein and Maxwell, clearly this was more than an email relationship). (Edited to fix typo)
A friendly reminder that Article II Section 4 does NOT say that if you impeach and remove a POTUS, that the VP and the cabinet are also automatically impeached. This section simply lists all the positions subject to impeachment.
Trump is an idiot. Italy, France, Spain, Austria among other very Catholic countries would move rapidly to defend the Vatican. It would not go well — based on this week’s showing of US military lameness against Iran (we are a paper tiger and lots of folks have torches).
Just a reminder: The FCC has no say over the conduct of a cable news channel. None. Nada. The First Amendment is extremely clear on this. I look forward to Brendan Carr facing the consequences of his actions when Trump is gone — and it won’t be pretty.
This is so far afoul of the 1st Ammendment that it could be considered egregious conduct by the government.
One of my top skills as a tech magazine editor was not laughing at CEOs who said utterly ridiculous and impossible things about their products.
