One of the things I like about Bluesky is that I feel like I connect with more providers from outside the US here. I love us so much, we truly are everywhere.

Less screen time was one of my 2026 goals, and being away from Twitter is helping that too. It’s feeling good.

I actually wrote my last Substack post about this, because I notice that even when I’m not bringing it up in person, whoever I’m with usually does. I think part of connection, comfort, and intimacy right now is the naming of what’s happening and at times, processing that together.

Yeah, we’re living through a very wild time. Having to pretend that’s not the case is… a lot.
