I appreciate phone notifications; I forget when I’m multitasking (always). It’s fine that other people don’t. Cars have base models & luxury, so it doesn’t need to come standard. But like many things we buy, there’s usually a customer with a different need than our own, and why it became a thing.

I keep seeing rants hating on “smart” kitchen appliances and I have to disagree. They are niche — for people with small children & ADHD. I love that I can preheat my oven on my phone while I’m tending to potty training or prevent toddler spills & burns by locking the ice/water & stove.

It’s giving 2014 farmhouse feature wall. I keep looking for a giant clock.
