Planetary alignment this, planetary parade that...
It's popping up everywhere and I fail to see why it's supposed to be special from a magical perspective. Witches, just because they are all above the horizon, doesn't mean they are really aiding your cause.

(...) Through embodied ritual praxis, magic allows its practitioners to participate in the immanence of the divine in this world. These techniques, by seemingly working through the body and bypassing the rational mind, subvert the formal rationalization process that has led to disenchantment.”
(...)These techniques are able to perform this function precisely because they mediate this gap through their embodied nature: they are tied to the body in this world, while allowing ecstatic access to otherworldly power, energy, or charisma. (...)
Religious studies scholar, Robert Puckett, explains:
“These methods represent the attempt to form epistemologies by which to demonstrate the fallacy of the separation of the otherworldly and this-worldly realms. (...)
It's my attempt at describing how my approach to spirituality is heavily marked by the use of diverse methods of achieving an altered state of consciousness in order to facilitate an embodied experience of the Divine.
ALWAYS MORE BOOKS!
If you want to learn more, check out "Brady's Book of Fixed Stars" by Bernadette Brady. ✨📚✨
You are part of the "one big mythic story" your fixed stars are telling, they can help us understand the part of us that is not bound by matter or circumstance.
Exploring the myths of the stars (and their constellations) that have a relationship to your soul by means of the moment you were born, can give deeper insight into WHY the planets manifest the way they do in your life.
Brady writes: “The planets were singled out as the timekeepers, and it was thought that the souls moved from the fixed stars to these wanderers, and from the wanderers their power was translated onto earth as the souls of men.”
I was a bit worried about my H12 profection, but 🪐 is not as bad as I expected... 😅

Cut peeled russet potatoes into ½-inch thick fries. Soak in cold water for 30 min. Drain & dry thoroughly. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add fries in a single layer, cook 'til golden brown. Drain & season with salt. For extra crispy fries, double fry after cooling. 😅😉
Please help me overcome the dreaded "new notebook"-effect. Ask me something, so I can get used to posting on this platform 😅
