The goal is to ride at least 10mins everyday throughout Jan.
With injuries, I've not been able to exercise the same as I wanted to last year and missed not getting the HR up.
I'm hoping I'll get calf injury is sorted soon.
I'm enjoying it, but not the same as being outside. Fresh air wins.
