I wouldn't be too worried about getting banned.

Then Brossentia gets banned from working at gdq.
Potentially for the harassment they performed and nowhere did mention this.
I expect ill be blocked after this one.
Much like everyone else who tried to point this out.
At no point in time has Brossentia put forth any evidence for their claims.
Brossentia has spent weeks pushing the narrative that GDQ is protecting perpetrators of abuse.
Ok, you want to talk context?
Lets stop ignoring how all this started.
Someone called out a specific member of gdq staff for abuse. This staff member was removed from their position.
Brossentia, decided to hijack this event to put forth their own agenda, and harass a member of the community.
This misunderstanding comes from a lack of understanding of how these systems work.
A contracting agency should both facilitate a contractor finding work and act as a shield for the contractor.
Communication happens through the contracting agency to protect the contractor.
As Brossentia said, they are only banned preforming work at the event. It would be a very different situation if Brossentia was fully banned from the event.
This happens very frequently with my work, where a client will contact us and say they do not want a certain contractor working with them.
As a person who does contract work as a software engineer. I keep seeing this bit of misinformation and have to chime in.
What GDQ did here was industry standard. When firing a contractor, you always do it through the contracting agency and it is highly discouraged to contact the contractor directly
What a terrible day.
Landed in Pittsburgh.
I can finally have real winter.
Factorio: Space age is wild.
My Gleba factory ran without a problem to 10 hours, just to stall just long enough for eggs to spoil and destroy the production line.
I love this game.
Yes listening to music. Totally not eating dinner and watching memes on YouTube.
