You can’t have a revolution when the current administration refuse to leave office without a military!

Question: do Cabinet and Junior Ministers go through high level extended vetting? And opposition ministers? Some of them would have access to high level stuff.

And that is the best way to do it.

Exactly. My child’s school was an hours walk so she went by bus. She is AuDHD. She’d phone me from the bus stop when scared if another kid was giving her trouble.

If her bus was late to school I informed school.

She had strict instructions not to use her phone in class else we would confiscate.

A child’s definition of “emergency” is not the same as an adults. I was a teacher for 10 years in the 90s when mobiles came in. The rule was if a teacher saw or heard a mobile it was confiscated. Totally legal. That is still the rule in most schools. A physical ban means bag searches, m’lord.

In my experience school offices are not equipped to deal with it.

I should have used an emoji. I am very familiar with the history of the English in Ireland including my degree dissertation. You wouldn’t know that. I did also teach about the famine even though it wasn’t on the curriculum.

Gary Sparrow is the biggest villain in TV history. Ross from Friends is second.

Critical thinking and assessing sources was part of the National Curriculum for History, which was a core subject.

Michael Gove as Education Secretary (yes, that one) dropped it to optional and wanged on about kids should know the dates Trafalgar happened.

This happened in plain sight.
