This is the one I was thinking about, Munro - a Dicentra “Valentine” .. we rescued it last year from the “dead plants” section of a Garden Centre.
It’s more than earned a permanent home with this showing so early in the growing season. 🥰

Looking more closely this morning (with my “awake eyes”) I think I can spot a few more tiny pale green shoots starting to show ..
.. getting excited now. 😍

Lots of plants have come & gone on that windowsill .. the one survivor is the “Chinese Money Plant” which seems to enjoy neglect & the occasional sip of water!

I guess most have gone as a result of too much attention, or total neglect. Fussy things .. 🤔

Lego plants might be best.

Our Housekeeper seems to have killed 2 Monsteras .. I thought they were “bomb proof”.
But wait .. is there a faint sign of life in the pot we kept?
