One *I* make; essentially thin slices of potato (and some garlic) cooked in olive oil and then fanned out on a crust with just cheese. Sometimes I add bacon, sometimes not. Sometimes I add steak, sometimes not. It's good with cherry tomatoes and / or jalapenos, too
