I think to expand on this, if you have never seen github before, there is usually a lot on screen and that turns people away or confuses them, especially when its in white theme lol. However with a bit of patience that can be overcome yes.
I kinda get this at least day 1, when I first opened my laptop this sort of thing was confusing especially as people never linked to releases. But if you have been on a computer for even a month and this is still the mindset then ye its cooked.
