Let me know what you think.
I actually started writing a fic about these two meeting before another fic grabbed me in a chokehold
Collab piece with @moonlightdeer.bsky.social whom did the shading, which I greatly appreciate. Orion’s design by @viloxenn.bsky.social , from whom we got permission to use
Overall, this piece was inspired by Moonlightdeer’s fanfic, Moths to a Spark, of which I’m lucky to have insider knowledge.
Final Attack Artfight2025: Also, another revenge.
Funny that my first attack and last attack for the season are the same death kitty. lol @moonlightdeer.bsky.social
First attack for Art Fight, aim for @moonlightdeer.bsky.social after she had struck with a beautiful art piece of my spotted deadly kitty.

Happy to be of help. Every company and industry has it's own quirks, so I can't help much with that, good luck with your hunt!
All training would be provided by the employer. Especially in industries like mine, which is paper and cardboard production. They want you as competent as possible to make sure their very expensive machines keep running well.
Unis and Colleges don't do courses on how to operate machinery and boilers like they have courses for engineers. I live in the UK and there is 'one' company in the country and does a course on my field. It's only open to employees of the industry so training is part of the job. As an example.
Here's a fun trick. Most industries are desperate for copetency. Show a willingness to learn, and that you've done prior research into their field and at least the basics, and you'll be seen as easier to train.
A lot of training has to be done in house because sites have unique design quirks.
If I could make a suggestion, look into power production. Operator positions, not engineers. Operators man the control rooms and do site checks. And call in the engineers when things get hairy.
Large industry needs dedicated powerplants. As the grid alone cannnot support.
