I honestly can't remember what my trip to S. Korea was like as far as layovers go. Coming back, I stopped in Tokyo and Chicago before heading to my final destination. My employer chose the flights. I thought the in-flight bibimbap was good for airplane food.
The first time I ever got a drink at an airport bar I thought that was fun, but the fun only lasted that one time. Also, I enjoyed the meal on my flight to South Korea. Otherwise, I don't think I've ever found any of it fun.
