I felt the same way with my shoulder. My arm was a dead weight for three days and I couldn’t feel a thing. It messed with my mind too.

Lordy! At 7:00 am it was 10 degrees with a windchill of -1. Guess I’ll stop complaining!

Yay girlfriend. I know the feeling. I was blessed with the best daughter-in-law ever. It makes life so much sweeter.

It will. But a setback is even harder.

You will but not if you overdo in the beginning. I’m sure you’ll go to physical therapy. Do exactly what they say to do but don’t try to force yourself to do more. I pushed myself too hard and wound up pulling a muscle which set me back. Patience is your friend.

And I hope your surgery goes well. Don’t push yourself too hard and give yourself time to heal. Knees are so painful.

Oh, Lordy. I had shoulder replacement surgery in October and I’m still in physical therapy and hurting. You’re not as old as me so I’m sure you’ll do great. Good luck!

Happy 2025, y’all! Man, I’m glad December is done with me! I was attacked by a stray dog and three days later came down with pneumonia. Oh, and I had a shoulder replaced along the way. Here’s hoping 2025 will be kinder!
