tho if it helps, ive never seen u as self centered. I can understand the part of feeling socially awkward, but most of my closest friends are also socially awkward. that’s not something wrong with u, it’s just a struggle that’s common between the neurodivergent.

to be fair, i believe being a proper friend has no definitive right or wrong. but if ur worried about it, put urself out there a little more. which is easier said than done, but it feels nice when it works out.

if it helps, wut ur describing feels like basic nature. we all enjoy connection and want to do things nice for others so they can connect with us. i wouldn’t call that wrong or using others.

just make sure ur taking care of urself too, and be confident in urself. :) (even tho i kno that’s hard)

one I’m starting to get more burnt out on Living the Dream I might make a thread of some of my favorite moments I’ve had so far.

10/10 experience first few days.

But also sometimes the game grabs a third doll, snatches the second doll from your hand and starts mwah-ing them together instead.

the difference between 3ds and living the dream is like an antfarm versus a dollhouse

3ds you just watch it happen and have very little control

living the dream you can grab your dolls and go Mwah mwah mwah with the two dolls and i think that’s beautiful

Living the Dream doesn’t really aim to replace the 3ds game, far from it, but it does expand and improve on what made the 3ds game so fun to begin with!

I fuckin LOVE Living the Dream!!!

Like, I was worried when I constantly heard comparisons to New Horizons, but Living The Dream doesn’t have the same problems I have with New Horizons. It gives you a lot of control, but can still smack your hand with something funny and unexpected happening.

my initial thoughts on Living the Dream. I don’t think the game is like… SUPER varied when compared to the 3DS game. but the customization is so good that it doesn’t matter if it is or not. There’s always something fun to do if you’re willing to engage with the game.

one of the funniest highlights was that within the first 24 hours of the game’s launch, my headmate gf tried to ask out another one of my gfs, only for my boyfriend to come in and steal her.

my boyfriend’s mii and my girlfriend’s mii now have a kid.

i have TWO islands, one is level 20+ and the other is level 50+

what if i started a third one? 🤔
