Oh, that’s the worst! Have you tried washing your eyes with baby shampoo (if it hasn’t stopped yet)? Idk if it’s an old wives’ tale or something to do with the bacteria, but I remember my dad doing that when his eye would twitch and it seemed to help.

Caveat: older 2 are super disillusioned by AI, all 3 understand the danger of social media, all 3 have working phones (bc travel) but parental controls lock down browsers/youtube/etc..it’s not perfect, but the difference between them & what their peers experience is staggering.

Ok, so. My girls are older than F & right there with you. It’s a definite struggle, especially when there are things they want to know RIGHT NOW but also teaches delayed satisfaction. But there is so much disinformation out there that it’s difficult to know what’s right/true, especially at his age.

Neighborhood birds got a LOT of hair today (was definitely not in good enough condition to even attempt to donate). All three feel so much lighter now! 🤣

Styling my hair a few days ago and noticed that I had significant breakage that only a big cut is going to help 😅. So bye bye hair. Probably need an additional 3-4 inches cut off, but I need help to do that properly 😬.

Nope, definitely didn’t wish for the delay, but all things considered, could’ve been a LOT worse! We did make it home and it was great to sleep in our own beds again! 🤣

It took 2 hours to get from the plane to our car…it should take a quarter of that time…

When you’re so tired that you fall asleep waiting for your baggage to go through customs (which you then have to recheck, go through security AGAIN, and then pick back up at the normal baggage claim…CVG is stupid)

Could you do a protein powder? I use vital proteins in my coffee to bump mine up and it mixes really well (& it’s at Costco 🙌). That only covers you though, but maybe one potential solution? Idk, this all sucks.
