朝からこれみて泣いちゃった。
高校生になった我が子はマクドでバイト始めた。根性はあるから仕事はできるだろがおとなしいし愛嬌無いしスマイル的なの大丈夫かな、と思ってたけど、マックのみんな優しいし楽しい、初めてのバイトがマックで良かった、と言っていた。
きっとマクドの教育側も、あのちゃんのようなパーソナリティの子もクルーとして受け入れていくんですよというバージョンアップがあったのだと思う。素晴らしいと思う。
笑顔はタダじゃない。客との気持ち良い商取引の中で自然に出てくるものだと思う。
