I have done that before. It was a few years ago and I was having an asthma attack so bad it made me puke and pee myself. And my bladder was pretty darn full too. At least I was in thr bathroom. I cleaned up my mess and then showered. Sorry that happened to you.

Spicy is tasty! But there is a point where it is ridiculous and even though i can eat it, it doesn't taste good. 😅 So I try to keep it around the "melt my face off and make me sweat" level without it tasting horrible. It is a fine line sometimes 😂
