All the medication taken, had a wee cuppa with some cheese & crackers alongside, snuggled up now with a hot water bottle and hopefully will be asleep soon. Nice ASMR in the background too. Goodnight all.

A strange day; feeling very meh, not much appetite and been very drowsy. Hopefully will have a better sleep tonight as need to get myself together tomorrow for going back to work on Thursday.

Well, that was a rough night; dropped off for a while then woke up for hours of coughing. Tried streaming to help, used the inhaler, took cough mixture but took ages to settle down.

Thank you! When she said my chest sounded clear I felt a bit of a fraud but then my peak flow was awful so decided I’d done the right thing getting checked over.

Interesting! My asthma diagnosis is a bit spurious; not used inhalers for ages tho suggested to use the brown one during this sort of thing (of course I’d forgotten until seeing the nurse). Got this funky red Symbicort turbohaler which contains the steroid and a different reliever from ventolin.

Home from the GP via chemist. Chest clear, pulse ox 🤔, peak flow 😬 so have antibiotics & a fancy 2 in 1 inhaler. Otherwise, keep doing what I’m doing, monitor peak flow daily & hopefully feel better soon. Stocked up in Boots when getting my script & bought lemons & ginger.
