He's done a guaranteed interview bootcamp. No interview. I've not seen any news on this shorter apprenticeship idea/traineeship but the drop in functional skills requirement might help

Son neet for 4 years now. Jobs won't hire him because he's got no experience. Can't get experience without a job. No one will let him work for free because insurance. He's just rotting. Moving to new town now in hopes of new jobs.
