There are genuinely a lot of good execs working right now, and the ones who are excited to get their teeth rattles are the ones I hope we get to work with.

Literally everyone I know out here in this field is struggling to stay motivated, self included, and all of us are doing that by quietly working away or thinking about our own little projects and pitching them to each other. I hope we live long enough to see some of those things given a chance.

These days I keep my head down and stick to my own little projects, where I have complete Creative Control and Veto Power towards extremely bad feedback. If the market ever veers back to favor workers, I know a lot of people who are gonna come out those gates SWINGING.

There are all kinds of producers, but make sure you're looking at how many EXECUTIVE ones there are.

Knights of Guenivere has four credited executive producers but everyone knows you start low and let yourself be talked high.

AND I get to pick them.

Count how many executive producer credits are in the Rings Of Power opening credits sometime.

Canada isn't new. The UK is. That's why it's a headline.
