Podíl OZE na výrobě elektřiny v EU a Británii Podíl obnovitelných zdrojů na výrobě elektřiny v EU se mezi lety 2000–2023 zvýšil přibližně 16×. Nejvyšší podíl těchto zdrojů má Dánsko, nejnižší Česko.

V EU se za 20 let podíl elektřiny ze slunce a větru zvýšil 16x, na 32%. V Česku je to 12% a "v rozvoji obnovitelných zdrojů na výrobě elektřiny je tak ČR v Evropské unii úplně poslední."
