And it makes no sense to me that these studios — and frankly every other huge business with thousands of employees — aren’t constantly advocating for socialized medicine. It would only help your bottom line.

Furthermore the studios can afford to provide healthcare. But they shouldn’t have to. Because we should have socialized healthcare. I am equally mad that the ultra rich studios are using this excuse as I am that we don’t give every person in this country healthcare.

Outsourcing film and television because of health insurance companies is embarrassing. We are letting American jobs and entire sectors of the American economy leave the country because politicians are in the pocket of health insurance companies. It’s a disgrace
