Our Staff Survey results for 2025 are out and there's some great positives for TeamLGT! We're up on 7 of the 9 metrics measured and above national average in 8 of them, with an encouraging rise in those recommending LGT as a place to work too.

Our Play and School teams transformed into fictional characters, handing out free books to young patients and spreading smiles and the magic of reading . From Little Miss at QEH to Dr Seuss at UHL, every child got to experience the wonder of books.
