The minute short form algorithms catch on to any desperation in relationships the feed all of a sudden becomes full of “narcissists vs. empaths” or “avoidant vs. anxious” “disorganized attachment”.

Unless you are a licensed therapist for that specific person, idk if you should be going around labeling people’s “attachment styles” to try and weaponize them.

It’s weird behavior and it seems to be the latest therapy speak buzzwords going around social media.
