See, for instance, myself and brussels sprouts.

Of course dampering would be different on my larger unit.
Cool. I can achieve fsirly stable temp smoking offset on my 22". But your approach seems far more fuel efficent. I have steel rather than stone but suspect it eould be similar.
Bottom vents full open?
If one day we found out that the entrance to every Jersey diner was a portal that transported everyone to one single inter-dimensional diner that exists between space and time I would shrug and say yeah that tracks.

Thus also, however, appointing Ginsberg and Breyer, thus staving off a hard right turn on the court that post 1998 progressives would have been powerless to reverse for a decade or more.
I grew up in rural Iowa and colleged at Iowa State (I know it's not a word; it should be). I don't like the extent to which image and vibe matters, but it does. Dukakis really did present as hapless AF in the Midwest. In obvi totally different ways, either Hart (sans drama) or Jackson wld hv bn btr.
And I will say -- and I may lose lotsa folks here -- that living thru that time and working FT in politics in 89/90 reminds me what seemed necessary about a pivot to Hart/Clinton/DLC vibes to get out of that hole, however (justifiably) bad much of the resultant policy looks in the long rearview.
Perfect storm of that AND Mondale lacking even a single molecule of rizz. 19-year-old me watching him speaking in Times Square weeks before the election and the certainty of impending slaughter was palpable.
* sleve. dang
ps: bonus sexagerian take: as a longtime lowkey-indie-alt-but-also-sports guy, this millenium has made me feel better about sportsball interest. still sus AF as an ethos, but great as a hobby.
Caw, 27% ironically.
Mostly meh.
But city flag on one sleave is 🔥.
Jay Retread; garagistas eventually repeat themselves.
A good rejoinder, including to me.
All good, truly!
ps: I only JUSt realized you shared the Ballard remix. I honestly don't know that one off the top of my head -- not trying to cast hard shade on remixes, just that I really love the original recipe.
Side note: minor demerits to NPR for playing the Fatboy Slim remix in their otherwise great coverage of Bhosle's passing; play what ya want in the club, but all those drums subbed in for that warmer-than-warm guitar is not the way.
And Asha just passed today. [heart emoji]
My path home from the nursery this afternoon took me right past the squat, peak-banality-of-evil-nondescript HQ of Sinclair Broadcasting today. I felt compelled to share some feels with Seb et. al.
Any raccoon recurrence?
Textbook case of the signified being failed by the signifier.
Take Epstein and Iran off the table and the rest of MTG V2 still mirrors Trump.
"In old typewriter font."
We have two lovely shorthairs ourselves and I was MOSTLY kidding, but I am still chuffed that such a wonderous creature resides here in the Mid-Atlantic. We are up yonder in Baltimore.
Wait. So this is a DMV cat? Mean that, perhaps in principle, I could see this cat _IRL_?
just a reminder that alt text has a purpose, to describe/explain the photo, not “inside joke for the people who can already *see* this contextless photo”
"Rolls"?
Oops.
My first was in '79: Pirates of Penzance with Pam Dawber and Gary Sandee in the lead rolls. It was fun; it was fine. But then came Sunday In the Park, Into the Woods, Little Shop....
I was already too old when I saw it -- 30ish in the mid-90s. The staging and wardrobe aspects were great; otherwise, I just couldn't take it -- lost between a review and a story. My friend Cindy began feeling ill about 65% of the way through; we exited early and she vomited in the middle of Broadway
Alas, evergreen.
