An incredibly stupid movie for which I have way too much affection.
Rewatching 1991's THE HARD WAY for homework purposes, instantly remembering why I loved it so much when I was 12. Real 5-star 3-star material. Also when John Badham was on he could really be on! It looks great.
Hey this is only one of the most amazing things I have ever seen.
Pretty uncool of you coming in here and slapping the dick out of my mouth.
Potatoes and carrots
Yep
Yes! He specifically likened it to fast food.
Very popular podcast making the claim that WHAT LIES BENEATH was marketed on the idea that nobody really thought Harrison Ford would be the killer...that is absolutely not my memory.
Gonna make a pot roast
Mostly different extras. Not sure if the transfer is different (their HARD BOILED was inferior to the Arrow, imo). Also some folks don't love the subs on the Shout version. I think they're fine but clearly more conservative/formal while the Arrow is more colloquial.
It's ok I made sure I didn't make the same mistake with BULLET IN THE HEAD.
Accidentally ordered the Shout! 4K of THE KILLER when I meant to get the Arrow one. But it still looks terrific so I'll stick with it.
Very interesting choice (a good one I think).
