I like publishers marketplace as well to see who is selling and what is selling!

I can't speak for other authors but I view this mostly as advertising to an audience that I might not otherwise be visible to, with a benefit to a charity I like, plus I'll get paid a bit. I was in the very first Humble Book Bundle ever and that did very well. This will do less, but still well.

The stupendous switcheroo is part graphic novel, part chapter book with illustrations and format changes that keep kids engaged. We enjoyed it a lot but the cliffhanger is absolutely rough. Make sure to prep your kids that the story will continue.
