I get you, in my case my friends are usually very busy during the weekdays and we can't meet. I'd suggest forcing you to go outside and take a walk if you manage to do it alone (in my case sometimes it helped, other times it just made me loop on the bad thoughts. but most of the times it did help)

And since it's a compromise even if I don't have the energy it helps me get outside the house and move. It has never failed me to help me feel better.

I meet and/or talk with my friends because that's something that always gives me back the energy to keep going
