So it’s okay if there are days when my body says it can’t take any more. All that’s left is to be patient and keep swimming, even if there’s no shore in sight.

Sometimes I edit photos for hours, and in the end, I’m not even sure if I like them.

I live in a desert, but my mind always wanders to forests and snow-covered mountains.

Where does your mind go when you dream of peace?

Every photograph has a story, and this was one of those. Getting here was an adventure in itself.

The sense of isolation was absolute.

Sometimes, the best photos are the ones that force you to pause, breathe, and absorb the moment before even pressing the shutter. This was one of them.
