The actual recipe is way too long to post here but I just did my usual sourdough recipe (500g bread flour, 315g water, 125g starter and 10g salt) and then added a grated stick of butter during the stretch and folds step. It takes a long time to proof so the butter doesn’t melt but easy!

I made a croissant sourdough loaf and I think it might be the perfect version of bread

Speaking of failing at hobbies, I think I accidentally cooked my starter by leaving the “warm” setting on my oven woops

I would love to find a sport to suck at with other people but I’m so bad at tennis I’m actually impossible to play with 🥲

Coffee is definitely on my list for future hobbies to be bad at!! If for no other reason than I also want a yellow espresso machine 💛
